Manchester Spring 2015

This could be the best event during my year-long experience in Aberystwyth. To be able to realise my lifelong dream of learning ballroom dance is one thing, but to win medals is a completely different thing. Especially when my partner and I have only started ballroom dancing in October 2014.

Got 6th for quickstep, and a surprising semi-finalist in waltz.

 Aberystwyth owning the floor!

And here's to our 5th place in Cha Cha Cha! We kinda expected a medal for this, but definitely couldn't have made it without the support and help from our dancesport team.

When you share the same passion and goal, you will go far in life dance.

Here's to my tango partner. Managed to secure a callback to the second round.

BAC Law Expo

Helped out during the expo... Students/parents came to meet the UK delegates to inquire about the respective universities...
(Hertfordshire)

Prof Richard Lewis (Cardiff)
Cardiff booth was among the many like Aber and Reading that most students flocked to.

(Northumbria)

Dr David Poyton (Aberystwyth)
I like the little dragon by the side. Haha. I know that the student magazine is called 'Dragon'... but I wonder if it is that or it was just for a decoration.

I recalled him saying that Aber is the only one with purple flag here. Haha. I don't get the significance of it though... Makes me wanna learn how to speak a little of Welsh when I'm there next year.

Ruth Owen
I'm excited to be an Aberite next year.

Mr William

Yeow.

(Hull) by Richard Burchill... couldn't see him though.
